Hi, I'm Adam Williams, chiropractor and founder of Restored Living here in Casuarina.
When something hurts, it makes sense to focus on that one spot. It's where the conversation starts — but it isn't always the whole picture. So alongside your history, I look at how you stand, sit and move.
Bodies adapt to work, sport, old injuries and daily habits. Those patterns — compensation — can be considered as part of your assessment.
Care is individual. Recommendations are based on your findings, your progress, your preferences and your goals — and they're reviewed at reassessment, because how you feel and what we observe don't always change at the same rate.
If that sounds like the kind of care you're looking for, I'd love to meet you.

Posture tells a bigger story.
When something hurts, it's natural to focus on that one spot. But posture, structure and the way you move are observable parts of a broader assessment. They don't explain every symptom — they help build a fuller picture of how your body is organised and adapting.
How you stand, sit and move — not just where it hurts.
How those findings connect with your history and your concern.
What we see, in plain language, before any recommendation.
From compensation to unwinding.
ABC is the main structural framework Adam uses. Within ABC, "unwinding" is an educational idea — a way of describing how adaptive patterns may be addressed progressively, rather than all at once.
It's a helpful way to understand the process. It isn't a guaranteed pathway, and it doesn't come with a fixed timeline. Your care is guided by what we find — and reviewed as things change.
Structure matters. It's not the whole picture.
Once the structural story is understood, Adam may draw on additional assessment frameworks where they're relevant to you.
The structural and postural framework, plus relevant movement findings.
Manual muscle testing, movement and reflex patterns and other clinical information.
Complementary approaches concerned with emotional responses, beliefs and habitual patterns.
Past. Now. Future.
Before anything else, we want to understand where you've come from, where you are, and where you want to get to.
Your history
Relevant injuries, health history, work, sport and the stressors you've been carrying.
Your current picture
Your concern, how it affects you, and what we find in posture, movement and function.
Your goals
What you want to return to or achieve — the paddle, the garden, the full night's sleep.
